“…We value Goodwill as a partner in meeting our customer's needs. Their team consistently helps us meet deadlines and provides us with high quality services at very competitive rates. Goodwill will continue to be a valued partner to our success at Invacare.”
“…Since our partnership many years ago Goodwill’s service has given me the opportunity to take on orders that I would have to refuse due to lack of short term employees. But thanks to Goodwill’s fast and professional help they have provided us the opportunity to continually grow our company by expansion of product services, attraction of new business, and retention of current customers.”
“…The Contract Services Division is committed to customer service, quality products, cost savings and timely production turn-around. These values help Goodwill maintain such contracts as the one it has with the Cardinal Rubber Co. Cardinal Rubber has been a steady and loyal customer since May of 2006. Cardinal Rubber is a family owned business since 1946. Tom and his sister Diane are the third generation of the Schnee Family to own Cardinal Rubber. Cardinal Rubber custom mixes and manufactures molded rubber products. Goodwill trims the rubber flashing off of five different bumper guards. These bumper guards go into forklifts. As a result, the revenue earned is used to support the mission of helping individuals prepare for, find and retain employment.”
“…Automated Packaging is a manufacturer of packaging machinery and turnkey systems, based in Cleveland with three Ohio manufacturing plants. The 47-year-old company has been a loyal Goodwill customer since 2004, and it has more than 25,000 packaging systems in operation across the nation. Goodwill sews made-to-order mesh “hopper” bags that collect the final product for the packaging equipment the company produces, thereby streamlining the manufacturing process. As a result, the revenue earned is used to support Goodwill’s mission of helping individuals prepare for, find and retain employment.”
“…When you hear the term “contract services,” it is hard to consider all the possibilities that are covered by it. However, it is Goodwill’s fortune that Unisource pondered the possibilities when they learned about our services through a Medina Chamber of Commerce member. Unisource is a leading independent, North American, marketer and distributor of commercial printing and business imaging paper, and a distributor of commercial printing and business imaging papers, packaging systems, and facility supplies. Yet, this large company, with complex operations, found ways to partner with Goodwill on a local basis, starting in 2005. That partnership grew in 2006 yielding a 35 percent increase in business. Its relationship with Goodwill is instrumental in helping us complete our mission.”
“…Rubbermaid Foodservice Products has utilized Goodwill Contract Services since August 2003. The first year the work was seasonal and dropped off in February 2004 only to start up full-force in August again. During 2004, the work did not quit in February, as it had in the past, and continues to be strong. This has been a tremendous boost to the Contract Services division and to Goodwill’s ability to provide quality services.”
“…There are many companies that choose Goodwill for their outsourcing needs, and this company in particular shines through. Clearsonic, Inc. has utilized Goodwill’s industrial sewing division for their product since May 2002 and continual growth of their international business has increased the flow of business they have been able to provide to Goodwill. Owners Brian and Karen Smith put their trust in Goodwill and its participants to do a quality job. It is faith like this that enables Goodwill to offer our participants a chance to learn and grow to obtain the skills needed to be successful in the workplace. Goodwill appreciates the commitment of Brian and Karen Smith to our mission and services.”
